Well me personally I feel like I am dragging on a cigar when I smoke any cigarette that has the Fire Safe Paper on them.

Since I have some friends on the Seneca Reservation in NY, I will try to find out more about the lawsuit against the Canada Seneca's, but for now it is not just one person that filed the lawsuit.

As far as the Indians that made the brand call Native's do not wish to put fire safe cigarettes on their brand but I am unsure how they are going about stopping it but I will do my best to find out.

Lightbulb Wow

After reading everything I have found on this site about FSC cigarettes I am really impressed with all the great information the monitor Sally and others have posted here. Are you single Sally? LOL I am only kidding. No really I had a question and maybe you could all help.

Are they going to put this crap fire safe cigarette paper on cigars, rolling papers and little cigars as well?

fire safety cigarette papers absolutely don't smoke faster in my opinion, in fact, one has to almost suck the filter off the cigarette to get a proper drag...

All major brands have burn accelerator’s in them to make them burn faster. That happen right around 10 years ago. I have not heard the FSC makes them burn any faster than they already do. Take any major brand like it and the brand called Native then lay them both in a ashtray. All other major brands burn faster than an all 100% natural tobacco brand.

With the FSC cigarettes it is all about the taste difference and the fact that they are putting more chemicals into our cigarettes which makes them that much more unsafe for us to smoke. Then to top it off they are getting away with it.

I agree if all smokers took a stand about all this adding stuff to our cigarettes and all these dumb laws against smoking in public places, cars and streets we might have a chance but I really doubt it.

Smile reply to Fred

Sorry Fred been real busy lately and did not see your question. From what I understand it would not suprise me to see FSC on everything including cigars and such. I do not know that to be a fact but like I said it would not suprise me to see it happen in the near future.

I smoke Marlboro reds usually the 100's but have been buying them over the internet since prices went so high. Unfortunately now I only get the regular size. Last week I had to buy some here and that's when I discovered the difference. UGH!!! Not only do they taste bad but I have noticed too, that they burn faster and sometimes go out. Does anyone know if they are just changing them in the U.S. or will it be worldwide? I sure do miss the regular taste. It went so well with coffee!

Marlboro FSC without a doubt do burn faster. RJR product FSC.....burn slower to about the same as non-fsc. What is PM doing to marlboro's besides packing them lighter to achieve this?

Cool

I just smoked my first pack of FSC cigarettes. Cobra Light 100s Box. They DID go out by themselves when left for too long in an ashtray. Re-lighting the cigs was the only pain. I didn't catch any headaches or internal pains. They did not burn very fast; just went out pretty fast.

Had to buy my first pack of FSC Benson & Hedges and they do not taste nearly as good. So I am going to say the taste has changed for me, and it is not for the positive.
