Hi TLinke,
There are a lot of shopping malls that sells them, but don't buy one from any of them bc they are expensive there...about $100-$300 for a kit. And most of them are selling 1st-generation eCigs where the atomizer (what heats the juice) is separate from the nicotine juice refills, so once the atomizer goes bad, you're screwed.
You can find 2nd-generation stuff online where the atomizer is packaged with the smoke juice together, called cartomizer. So, when your cartomizer is out of juice, you replace the whole cartomizer which means that you're getting a new atomizer with each refill.
There are so many eCig companies out there on the internet that have 2nd-generation kits for a fraction of the price. I know some popular ones mentioned in some of the posts like Blu ecigs, but since it's the internet, you can bounce around to compare prices as a lot of them carry the same stuff. I did my research and found Districtecig.com which carries the same kits that Blu does for cheaper and other budget-friendly kits too for beginners. Their site is really friendly to navigate through and explains everything you need to know. Like Blu, they also have 30-day back guaruntee and 1-yr warranty as well...but like I said, for less $. Good luck!
