No it's not easier. With E cigs you have to worry about fluid, cartridges, batteries, chargers, charging it, etc. With real cigarettes all you need is your pack and lighter or book of matches you're good to go. Plus you're not mentioning that the start up kit for e-cigs is at least $60 USD. I'm sorry but that's a lot of hard earned pocket money for many people these days.

I bought this gadget two years ago and was vastly disappointed. The cartridge lasts only about 30 or 40 drags tops. The battery does not last that long. I get nasty glycol juice on my lips. The vapor is weak at best. The hit is nothing like a real smoke and I cough and feel dizzy with stomach aches from this crap. No thanks. Smoking my good old True's and happy as ever.

BTW, I bought what appears to be some chinese made generic made kit at a local liquor store. Even still, based on my experience I would not waste another dollar on the brand name models either.
