Pall Malls are made by RJR now I believe. And if I'm right, I definitely know RJR is now making ALL of their brands FSCs.
Did you look on the bottom of the Pall Mall pack? I hear "FSC" can be found on the bottom of Winston packs...the same might be true for your Pall Mall 100s pack.
