That depends, from what I've seen people that switch from full flavor to lights usually smoke more, at least for the first couple of weeks yet I know people that bounce back and forth to different cigarette strengths yet always smoke the same amount.
As for your last paragraph, well that is subjective. Some prefer strength others flavor and so on.
I've been mostly a full flavor guy for ten years but I still think old Kent Blue and Winston Lights (Euro versions) are among my favorite all time cigarettes.
As far as Camel Lights/Blue are concerned I think it is an OK cigarette. I think that it burns to quick and after a third smoked cigarette it tends to lose its flavor in the mouth.
If I had to choose between them and Marlboro Lights, I would have probably picked Camel simply because it doesn't leave a almost chemical aftertaste like ML.
