If smoking a legal proudct in public IS a crime, I hope cops won't go as far as sending people to jail for smoking cigs. I guess we gotta build prisons specifically for smoking ban violators. We can't fill up prisons with smokers....where are the REAL criminals gonna go to if they sent to jail?
I guess a smoker like me would be on the FBI's Most Wanted list since I hate smoking bans. And since I pay taxes like otha Americans, I have every right to smoke in some kind of area within say an arena that my tax money paid for.
I can only laugh at violating a smoking ban being defined as a "crime." If you wanna know the real definition of "crime," you can turn on the local news if you around in my area. Crimes MUCH WORSE than a smoking ban violator happen every day in Chicagoland. |
