And since I pay taxes like otha Americans, I have every right to smoke in some kind of area within say an arena that my tax money paid for. I can only laugh at violating a smoking ban being defined as a "crime." If you wanna know the real definition of "crime," you can turn on the local news if you around in my area. Crimes MUCH WORSE than a smoking ban violator happen every day in Chicagoland.
