That's why we have Indian casino's that can allow smoking because they are not listening to some stupid, ignorant elected officials making stupid laws to outlaw smoking. Smoking bans don't apply to them on their properties. That's the way it used to be as recently as 2005 for the rest of us Americans that aren't Indians. Before WE smokers let anti's and non-smokers decide laws that intrude on our rights to get and use tobacco products and where we can light up at too. The ignorant contradictory elected officials want to outlaw smoking (but, they have to have the tax money from tobacco).

Plus, the natives have sovereignity with the Federal Government which just barely keeps the state governments at bay for them. Soon, though, If HR5912 is not struck down, we will lose a big chunk of our rights and the Indians will be pushed down further by the white man.
