All the Native american retailers don't belong to Oltra and Oltra has changed its mission..it now represents the online purchasers, not the retailers, but there are still plenty of shady online retailers out there...there are a few that are responsibly retailing tobacco online and selling cigarettes with proper age verification and selling tobacco cessation products to quit smoking products to tobacco to specialty cigarettes to lighters, etc...at the end of the day though, there are over 1000 sites selling these products and i'd say only a true handful of them are operationally legit with full customer service and tracking features. |
