Cool Why doesn't PhilipMorrisUSA sell their tobacco products online?

Why doesn't PhilipMorrisUSA sell their tobacco products online?

If the reason is because they have been told kids are getting them that way, they have been lied to.

Kids AREN'T getting tobacco products online anymore. The last time that happened with an online retailer was in 2005 and the ATF shut them down along with several other retailers.

The only online retailers left are American Indian sites and kids DON'T get tobacco products from them. The Indians all belong to OLTRA which is a site dedicated to insuring that online retailers do not send deliveries of tobacco products to kids.

Why can't PhilipMorrisUSA open an online store and police itself to make sure only legal aged smokers get their products?

I am a 52 yr old smoker and I don't want to have to start going to the corner store to get my Marlboros. Its not fair to punish me and all smokers because a couple of kids got cigarettes online back in 2005. That doesn't happen anymore! And PhilipMorrisUSA could easily open an online store and police itself at the same time to make sure only legal aged smokers get their products.

If these poor state governments need tobacco taxes so bad, it seems they would want to have online sales of tobacco wouldn't they? There is no way a kid would ever get tobacco products shipped to them in this setup with PMUSA and Big Brother in the same corner, right?
