Ah but you can still buy "pipe tobacco". You can buy tubes and injectors separately but not in the same order. So yeah it's pretty much make your own. I think ethnic grocery stores sell smuggled or counterfeit cigs under the counter but usually stores will sell them at slightly cheaper and they look the same, you need special equipment to tell the difference between real and fake cigs. I personally use snus, dip and smoke a pipe now, but from a cost saving perspective in my state that's hardly an improvement. |
