The dip must not of done well. I haven't seen it in Santa Barbara or Seattle. I've heard the snus is a conspiracy that smokers will try it and either hate it or use it in addition to smoking rather than trying swedish snus. The six pouches at two dollars does seem to support that and I've heard there's barely any nicotine in them because they're so dry you don't absorb much. Some people seem able to cut back or switch from smoking to camel snus if they want.
Marketing these is bringing down the fury anti-tobacco people as they're hoping smoking bans make people uncomfortable enough being unable to smoke that they will quit and snus just keeps them smoking. |
