I make my own cigarettes. After I roll up 1 pack, I pack them buy slamming the upside-down pack against one palm like I've seen many smokers do (mostly Marlboro smokers). This leaves a small empty space on the end of my cigs. I delay the 1st inhale on the first drag when I put the fire to the cig and by the time I inhale, that empty part is all burned up. Sometimes, I'll twist the end like its a doobie and then light it.
