Why does it take the government so long to act on things. Its been five years since the big "scare" about flavored 'bidis' from India getting into the hands of underage smokers. That was all settled when all the mom and pop online retailers were shut down. Don't the government know that taxes that they levy on tobacco is paying for their big spending habits? Why does everything the government does have to be done in a roughshod manner like the way they handled the Katrina disaster? Doesn't anyone running government have any common sense at all? |
