Well, some folks think a carton of cigs is worth more than a piece of jewelry. I don't agree with that unless we're talking about CASES of cigs. But I can see someone going nuts when they don't have any more cigs. Based on how expensive cigs are, every pack (and carton) counts.
However, this new OK Outlet customer going nuts over not having his cigs was uncalled for.
