Oklahoma has been around for a while so this is sort of shocking to read. Did you by chance order Marlboro's? There has been a widespread shortage of Marlboro's in almost every state but NC since we are not FSC compliant yet. I just have a hard time believe this business ripped you off. Did your billing address match your drivers license and banking info? Sometimes a reverse electronic funds transfer can take 2-3 weeks to show up if you bank with a smaller bank.
