I think it's the tobacco company's way of making a cheaper product for more profit and the govt. helping them out for a cut of the action. I don't smoke FSC because where I live it's not mandatory, thank heavens. If ever they start becoming that way across the board, I'm making my own cigs./buying them from elsewhere. |
