taxes are going up $6.90 a carton, and my guess is when that doesn't satisfy the states' budget shortfalls, they'll come out with yet another tax out there on cigarette smokers...bloody unconstitutional if you ask me, they are just taxing one quarter of the U.S. population indiscriminately! but no politician will get thrown out of office for raising tobacco taxes, mark my words. |
