i think that its just unfair as a matter of freedom of choice to limit smokers rights in any way shape or form, especially when tobacco sale, like any industry, has potential for revenue. im very afraid that our society is moving towards making cigarettes widely unavailable, and that is not only unfair to people overall, but it is, in a sense, un-american.
