I agree with your statement that politicians will say "We won't kill smokers with guns, we'll do it by adding more poison to cigarettes and call it FSC".
That sucks. We need to start electing smokers. There are way too many non-smoking politicians out there.
The barrage of lawsuits are right around the corner. A lot of states have reformed tort laws but even with the caps, the volume of cases will go way up and the volume of cases will eliminate the benefit to the states of having these caps.
Again, like with FEMA, the government has put its proverbial foot in its own mouth. |
