I had high hope for this product but what a disappointment!!! The vapor is terrible and the product way over price for just the battery! I have to take several small puffs every time to get a descent amount of vapors. The flavor cartridges is not that great tasting, that's my taste preferences, everyone has their own taste differences. Now I have used several other products such as Smoke51, eSmoke, V2 Cigs, Blu, and another brand that is not very popular to mention. Yes, I'm in search for the best E-Cigs. And I have to say, WhiteCloud is just a waste of money! If you really want to try WhiteCloud e-cigs, this is what you should do, buy V2 cigs affordable low price battery and then purchase WhiteCloud smoke cartridges. Their smoke cartridges will fit V2 cigs' batteries. This way you buy V2 and WhiteClouds cartridges and just use V2's batteries. That's all you need to do to and it will save you 5 times the price! And from my experiences eSmoke has been the best. They produce great vapors and the coffee flavor cartridges is the best! And eSmoke and Smoke51 batteries will work with either of their smoke flavor cartridges. Their batteries are a bit smaller in diameter then WhiteCloud and V2's. So my recommendation is not to buy WhiteCloud starter kit but just to buy their smoke flavor cartridges if you want to give them a try. If you are long time e-cigs smoker like me...you'll kick yourself for buying WC's starter kit! Oh one more thing, the Cirrus II claims that the batteries will quickly charges as fast as 50 minutes...it's totally not true! It took me over 2 hours, almost the same time as my other batteries brand to fully charge. Take my advise ... you won't regret it But it'll save you money!

I have been using the White Cloud cigarettes for about 6 weeks now. My only complaint is that the USB charger that came with my kit failed after 30 days. The mall kiosk switched it out for another USB charger. That charger failed after 2 weeks. The mall kiosk refused to switch it again unless I purchased the $30 extended warranty, otherwise I must mail the charger in for replacement (and the initial warranty on the charger is only 6 months). Who wants to be without a charger for a week or so, given the addictive nature of the product? My husband went ahead and bought another charger, and while he was there, yet another customer showed up and their charger failed after 2 weeks. I have complained to White Cloud customer service, and they deny that there is a problem with the chargers. In all fairness, they did offer to mail me a replacement charger before they received by defective one, but they refuse to offer the convenience of exchanging them at the kiosk. Bad customer relations, if you ask me, especially since there are 2 users in my house and we will buy 6-8 packs of cartridges per month.

Best brand on the market !!!!! After being a smoker for 25 years and acquiring copd,asthma,bronchitis,and allergies ,I was able to quit smoking and live longer thanks to the flavor and quality of this product !!!!!!! It truly worked for me and I pray it does for everyone else who tries it !!! Good luck !!!

Excellent product. Plenty of vapor, great taste and the cartridges last a long time. Orange and Blue L.E.D. tips are available. Menthol and Tobacco are good, I look forward to Whiskey flavor. My first battery was bad and I returned it with no problem right after purchase at my Mall Kiosk stand. Easy to talk customer service on toll free number.

Love this product. LOTS of vapor. I wish it was smaller to match the exact size of the Camels I used to smoke. It still looks like a cigarette to people around me. LOVE the whiskey flavored cartridges. If it was a tiny bit smaller I'd jump a bit higher for joy. But I think this is definitely the best e-cig because of the amount of vapor it give me and because of of the taste of the flavors. Also, I called Gary at White Cloud customer service with a question about my battery; he answered the phone -- NO lame voicemail or automated hoops to jump through -- and answered everything I wanted to k now. He also told me to call him any time I wanted to talk about my Cirrus and ask any questions that are on my mind.

i have used Smoke51 and Janty. I have used White Cloud as well, and it tastes a LOT better. (Even tastes better than Janty's grape liquid.) White Cloud is pricey but i still buy from them because their flavors taste so much better. If you buy from them, get a vanilla and a apple!!

For over 3 years now my fiance and i have been arguing about me quitting smoking.. but im not ready yet.. so i started smoking these instead they are awesome.. my fiance couldnt be happier. I no longer feel rude for interupting movies or what not to go outside and smoke cause now i just take a few puffs right there and there is no Oder. my car doesnt smell like smoke.. i dont need ash trays. and i can whiten my teeth again cause there is no longer any tar or tobacco to yellow my teeth again.. i am also a hair stylist and i no longer smell of smoke at all when im doing my clients. the flavor is great, not to mention if u purchase the optional car charger u can use the charger for multiple devices cause its just got a usb port in it so its really cool.. i couldnt be happier and now when i am ready to quit.. i can do it without any pressure.

I have only tried one other brand, but the white cloud is much more dependable. 2 batteries were duds, and were exchanged with no problem. flavors could be better. Price is a bit steep!
