Excellent product when it works. Unfortunately when they send you a defective product, they expect you to pay for shipping it back. The charging pack stopped working after 2 months. I contacted the company and they said to return it along with a defective battery that I just received defective, to replace one I just returned. Again, all at my expense. I will be returning these items, but I assure you, this will be my last time. I enjoy the VG vapor compared to the PG product. If this experience repeats one more time, I will give up and go to another manufacture.

I tried a bunch of different brands. This is one. I got a disposable. The menthol sucks, the vapor was only ok. I tried another brand that was superior in every way. I suggest you try different brands to get the one best for you. I did and am very glad I did.

Blu e-cigs are a little more expensive than NJOY, but the level of vapor is much greater and they are much closer to real smoking. I may try some of the other types of Blu products.

Blu was the first e-cig brand I tried, and the first thing I want to say is that from day one of my purchase, I quit smoking, cold turkey, after 31 YEARS. And I was a pack-a-day, full-flavor Marlboro smoker. Let that sink in for a moment. Anyway, long story short, I was curious about other brands, and so I 'cheated' on Blu for about a month, with other brands (3, in total), but I kept coming back. They are really quite good, and I'm very satisfied with the amount of vapor they produce. The battery life is lacking, but what do you expect from a micro e-cig? I would recommend them to anyone!

The disposable menthol is disgusting. Very faint pine tree taste. zero throat hit but awesome vapor. Glad I didn't buy a kit!

I have struggled with a two piece design from blu for quite a while. Getting bad parts in every order, shipping is now slow as ever so I finally decided to switch anther brand on this site (prosmoke) after seeing so many good reviews of their system. blu is ok when it is working but with so many issues i had to give it up and switch to another brand which ended up lasting much longer and producing much more vapor. I would recommend to stay away

These were the first e-cigs I tried and because a friend recommended them. Had I done some research, I would have never purchased Blu. With Blu there was zero throat hit. The cartridges were only good for the first few vapes and then they tasted burned and had to be tossed. I went through a cartridge a day with moderate use. The battery life was awful. I had to recharge constantly. Customer service took days to reply to me. I kept craving cigs while using Blu. If you do some research, you will find out just how bad Blu cigs are. Most people start out with them because they are easy, but I promise you there is better out there. Please save your money and buy a real e-cig.

No one has mentioned that blu e-cigs are all natural. The "juice" has no propylene glycol in it. I have tried 5 or 6 different e-cigs in the past year and this model far surpasses the rest. I love the variety of flavors and the design is elegant. If other e-cigs with propylene glycol have made your lunges hurt this is the company for you.

I just wanted to say that I am conflicted & thinking on which ecig to stay with. I think that it will end up being blu! I love menthol and cherry. I am not too nuts about the other flavors. I hope that blu comes out with more flavors. I am hoping for strawberry!!! Sorry for bashing Blu! It won't happen again.

This is the most horrible e cig I have ever tried. The batteries are so sensitive. Everytime I open the pack the battery goes on. The flavors are horrible! The only one I liked was Cherry. I havent tried the others. The kit is over priced. Their new kits are waaaay over priced! The shipping is slow and it takes a week to get to me. Whereas other vendors take two days. They dont offer blanks to refill with your favorite juices! They want you to spend more money. I think 80 dollars for the new kit is rediculous! They should at least let you pick five flavors for the starter kit. I hated the tobacco flavor. It didnt taste like tobacco just nutty. The cherry is okay but could use more flavor. All in all I HATE blu. May use it as a paper weight. Dont get suckered in like I did. Dont fall for the fancy design of their site and prooduct. If you wanna start out amd are on a budget go to myvaporstore dot com. The dse901 is the best unit ever!!! Plus it's cheap :)

I love my Blu!!!! My husband has another brand & Blu is much better. Blu has more flavor choices, better vapor, & is cheaper. The cartridges last longer than his do also. I love the menthol, cherry and my fav is vanilla. Want a good quality, good tasting ecig? Buy BLU!!!!!

Great Product for many reasons. We all know of that by now. I simply wanted to let people know that yes! There have been shipping issues, however they are working those out. Also the company "Blu Cigs" has a A- rating from the BBB. They have been doing very well and have a great product. I would appreciate if people would stop trying to bash them for no reason and with out any evidence, it's not needed, and we don't want to hear it. Have a nice day :)

Blu Cigarettes are a great value for the price. They are stylish and the recharging cigarette pack is great. The battery life is not so good on this product, but that can be overcome by using the recharging cigarette pack.

You better buy two of those packs because these batteries are terrible and the cartridges dont last for crap. I smoked 25 cartridges in 4 days compared to the other brand I bought smoking 2 in 5. You can see my comparison here I am returning this and would recommend a different product. You dont need the one I chose but do you research first!

My biggest problem with e-cigs is that my battery always seems to die right when I really want to take a puff. I tried Blu because you can charge your e-cigs when you are on the go with the charging pack they come with. Now I don’t worry about my battery dying and me going without nicotine.

I have been using for 3 months and love the product. They tend to have issues with stock from time to time. I have learned a couple of tricks. If you need cartridges - order them seperately from anything else. Don't add extra batteries, atomizers, or battery packs. If you do your cartridges will get hung up with the back ordered product and you are left waiting and ordering additional cartridges to fill the gap while you wait for your original order. I have used the on-line chat to talk to customer service and have found them helpful (although there can be some pregnant pauses in the conversation at times where I have had to check to make sure we had not become disconnected) I have not called customer service so I can't rate that experience. Over all I am thrilled with the product. I have had to purchase extra batteries as back up since one of the original batteries had an issue, I also ordered a couple of extra battery packs but it was my choice to have the stock, not because of a problem. My husband broke an atomizer so I have ordered two extra sets. I have become so reliant on the product and love it so much I don't want to be in a position that I would have to go back to a regular cigarette for any reason. I haven't smoked a regular cigarette since the day I received my unit. A couple of interesting notes - don't put the loose cigarette in your pants pocket and walk around for ANY length of time. The walking motion causes the unit to heat up and you will feel it through your pocket as a burning sensation. When you pull the unit out of the pocket it will be extremely hot. If you carry it in your hand or in the battery pack it doesn't do it. Only when it is on its side and loose in a pants pocket. Overall one of the best purchases I have ever made and it has allowed me to stop smoking!

I LOVE Blu. Their customer service can use some work, but other then that - I'll put it this way; I never planned to quit 'regular' cigarettes. That was in November, '09. At that time, I had 5 packs of cigarettes sitting in my house - available for me to smoke whenever I wanted. I STILL have those 5 packs (minus 3 or 4, because every once in awhile, I want to taste a real one - see what I'm 'missing.'). Yes - like anything, it does take some time to adjust (with me, only 2 days). BUT - when I wake up, and want to smoke, I seriously think that smoking a 'real' one is like sucking on a car exhaust. They cost a lot less (I live in NYC, where a pack's over $12). Some friends have said they see it in my mouth all the time. I say...do you smell any cigarette smoke - on me, or in my apartment? No. While nicotine IS addictive, it's NOT carcinogenic. Unlike a patch, it helps not only with the nicotine craving, but with the psychological issues a smoker has, like blowing smoke, or having something in your hand, or mouth. I LOVE my Blu, and wish everyone would stop smoking tobacco - for themselves and their loved ones.

Received within 3 business days - purchase at strength you want - awesome flavors. Battery life a little short but with USB charge anytime and you have TWO so always a spare. Down to 3 actual cigs a day after less than two weeks. I have started another couple people at work.

Don't waste your time. Battery life isn't good and customer service if beyond bad. They wasted hours of my time and when i asked to speak to a manager they kept giving excuses for over three days straight! haha i never even ended up talking to one, i just gave up. I def not the one one who has had problems. If you don't believe me look at the Better Business Bureau website. They grade them an F and they have had many many complaints filed. buy another brand.

These things, i was very skeptical, but wow, it really satisfies the nicotine urge without smoke!! These guys are reliable, the product is well priced, for the cost of a regular pack of smokes, you get enough cartridges to equal about 5 regular packs!

They don't tell you before you order that there is a massive backlog. Then after they lock the money from your bank account, they send an email saying that it'll be 2 weeks until you receive the product. I've waited over three weeks and still have yet to hear from them. NOT happy. Will we see this kind of delay for refill cartridges?

It seems like a good product- the only problem is that I ordered on May 29th... it's been almost a month and still no change in my account, still no product in my mouth. I called, and was told that it would be shipped out last week or the beginning of this week- yet the woman seemed to really be groping for an answer... it gave me the impression that they were completely flustered and had no clue what was where. the good thing is that i haven't been charged for the kit yet- so i appreciate that... though if i have to wait much longer i may just buy some other brand that can.. you know, supply.

My stars would be higher if I had received my order after the two weeks they promised, however, that is not the case. After reading rave reviews about blucigs, I wanted to never buy real smokey cigarettes again (after smoking for 15 years). I want vapor! Two weeks and i'm still waiting. I can give a better review if they are ever delivered. I used the online chat for customer services and the person on the other end couldn't complete sentences and obviously didn't proof read. They made no sense, but basically what I got out of it is..I don't know where your order is and that I just need to wait. Getting annoyed. I'm sure it's a great product, but get your sh*it together!

Like MeShell I also ordered today and received an e-mail: "Due to the overwhelming demand for our product, your order is currently on back log. We are continuing to receive new shipments of merchandise and will be fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were received. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your USPS tracking number". I don't know a timeframe to even expect when they will come in, but they've sure nabbed the money out of my account real quick.. I will continue with a quality review when I finally recieve them, but until then.. not impressed so far.

I don't know if these are any good or not, they didn't have anything posted on their site that all their stuff is on backorder... but it is. The first i knew of this is when i got my order confirmation email, it was at the very bottom with no link for a cancel order as would be proper in such a case. Lousy.
