I could speak volumes on Eversmoke's customer service. They are so helpful, and really know what they're talking about. My best friend recently switched to e-cigs, and has an EverSmoke starter kit. I had so many questions about e-cigarettes, and before I took the plunge and settled on a brand, I wanted to speak to an expert myself. I called a few companies, and received really lame service.
