Volcano is awesome!!! I don't get how anyone could have a horrible experience. Volcano are just better than every e cig company out there. They have better flavors that taste awesome. My favorite flavors are: Milk Chocolate, Blue Water Punch, Pineapple Punch, CooCoo Coconut, Kona Coffee, and Tobacco. They have a fine ecig. The batteries last me a couple days. The batteries are not sensitive unlike Blu's batteries. Their shipping is also super fast.I usually get Volcano packages within 4 days. With Blu I have to wait a week! Blu is in North Carolina. I'm in PA. Volcano is in Hawaii... That says something!!! Volcano is just so awesome and I stand by their product! I am ditching my blu and am sorry I gave them a high rating. I wish I hadn't! Volcano you're awesome!!! I hope that they stay in business for a very long time! Buy Volcano if you can't decide which ecig to use! They are awesome and you won't regret it!!!

we ordered 4 complete starter kits on one order so that my entire family could move away from traditional cigarettes. One of the kits worked for 3 days and then went kaput. It went out on a Friday night, so by the time a rep. from Volcano got back in touch with us, it was late Tuesday evening and their 5 day return policy had expired. They were extremely difficult to deal with and would not refund our money. The rep was nasty to me, even to the point of telling me that I was responsible for their damaged product. I ultimately had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. If you are ordering e-cigs, I strongly recommend ordering from another company...I have discovered dfwvapor.com and they are great!
