I returned mine after breaking twice. The battery and cartridges did not last what they claimed on their site. They did take my return without issues though so I thank them for that! It reminded me of burnt plastic taste I guess.

This might be a good product to see if you switch to electronics but not good enough to use every day. The cartridges only lasted me about 7 cigarettes or so ad the battery life was absolutely horrible. My product was shipped pretty fast but customer service was way slow to respond to my questions on how to get started since there was no users manual. 1.5 stars out of 5 since this site will not let me give half stars.

Recently bought their basic kit and I'm loving it! I called in and spoke to a rep (Kristel) who walked me through the entire process to get my nicotine level and flavor just right. I was a bit skeptical of the taste but it was really smooth and fulfilling once I tried it with a good vapor on exhale. Definitely recommend! Well done Breathe Fresh.

Got my starter kit, at first, i thought they didn't work properly, but i figured out that i wasn't following the instructions properly....I've only tried 2 other brands, greensmoke and Blu, but these worked better, in my opinion...is there any real difference aside from the strength of the vapor?
