I’ve been a smoker for over 15 years and my friends got together and bought me a v2 kit. I was hesitant in using it because I love smoking regular cigarettes and couldn’t imagine my life without them. I’m currently in the process of quitting – I smoke cigarettes and use the v2 but I have cut down from two packs a day to a pack a day. I’m confident this product will help me quit all together.

Alright. I received the V2 Travelers kit as a gift for winning a drawing (thank you to the staff of cigreviews, this was incredibly generous) and I've used it for about 3 days now. My first impression of the product was that it was packaged incredibly. The box was neat and nice and had a magnet to keep it shut. Really well put together. I took out the manual battery and put it in the portable charger to get it to full charge and whipped out the Notebook cig and a Sahara cartomizer. First off the vapor production is top notch on the Notebook cig and all of the v2 batteries. I definitely prefer the Manual battery for vapor production but the automatic does the job alright. I do have some complaints though. It appears the coffee cartomizers I received were defective. I inhaled one on the automatic and got a bit of the e-juice on my lip... not very pleasant in the least. It also seems my usb charger is defective as well because no light will turn on at all on the unit when it's plugged in. Thankfully I can use the charging case for now until I get my replacement. I plan on calling customer service today. However overall the product functions amazingly and I've only smoked 3 cigarettes during the 4 days I've had it... and I was a pack a day smoker. Incredible product. Thank you cigreviews once again. You guys have an amazing little community here and I'm going to encourage everyone I know who is a tobacco user to make an account here!

I ordered a kit. The kit did not arrive. Contacted customer service and was told that they were out of the flavor I wanted and they would arrive this week. I called again after they arrived. They are now saying it was the batteries. 20 minute break in the conversation. “Stephanie” got called into a meeting. I am now dealing with Brian, who is nice but confused. This id one of the worst online experiences I have had in ages. The product would have to drive me to the moon and back to be worth the frustration.

I was impressed by their site, and decided to try out their online chat. Their customer service was very helpful! I think more than anything, I liked their 2-piece design, and from trying a couple friends' different electronic cigarettes, I found that the V2 Cigs produced a lot of vapor, gave me a nice, full throat hit, and didn't leak liquid all over my lips like some other brands. Another cool thing about V2 Cigs is that they feature a referral program known as Smoke4Free -- this allows anyone you refer to get a discount on their kit order and you get a $15 credit, which you can use to buy refill cartridges.

My husband and I have been smokers for some 38 and 34 years respectively; both having tried to quit smoking numerous times over the years. Since we both desperately want to totally quit, I spent quite a bit of time researching e-cigerettes online. After comparing all the market-leading brands and rating their various pros & cons, I determined that V2-Cigs was the best all-around investment into our future health! On August 20th, we ordered the couples' kits and a flavor-sample kit. We quickly found we like the vanilla & coffee flavors best, followed by the Congress and then Cowboy flavors. We started out with the 12mg. strength carts. and found that was a good place for us to begin. I am ecstatic to announce that neither my husband nor I have had a REAL cancer stick since Friday, September 3rd--2 1/2 MONTHS so far!! During the first couple weeks, we both had pretty major problems with the automatic batteries and so opted to go totally with the manual batteries and are very satisfied with this decision. Our auto. batteries were easily replaced by V-2Cigs with no problems whatsoever. Through the course of the past month & a half, I've emailed and spoken over the phone a number of times with either Stephanie or Victor. I've typically gotten an email response within a couple hours, max. and even received phone calls to ensure our orders will be filled according to our preferences. I CANNOT sing my praises loudly enough about the V2-Cigs products and their customer support as I ernestly believe this time my husband and I will truly be successful in fully quitting smoking. V-2 Cigs will be the secret to this success and it definitely will NOT remain a secret because we have been telling all our smoker friends about your product, your A-1 customer service and the ease at which we are working through our complete smoking cessation. I heard about V2 from a friend, who had ordered one of their Ultimate Kits. I was a pack-a-day smoker, but I decided to give it a shot. I got my V2 in about a week, and it really WORKS! I haven't had a cigarette in 6 weeks, and my family is happy too. I smoke Menthols, but they have 6 flavors. I definitely would recommend V2!

I've heard so many BAD experiences with BLU Cigs, such as shipping delays and horrible customer service. I did my research, and found what I consider to be the best ecig on the market: V2 Cigs. They offer 6 flavors in various strengths, and their customer service was top-notch!
