Placed an order with them, got a phonecall to verify immediately. The next morning, got 3 more calls from them. They sent the cigarettes, I got them today but I will tell you they are about as big as the candy cigarettes! I thought I was buying full size ones. Don't think I will be ordering from them again. They taste ok, but they are the sample size we used to get in the malls back when the tobacco companies were allowed to give free smokes.

Do Not Order From Airport Cigarettes The steal your money and never ship your order. Customer service will tell you to wait one more week I have been waiting three months now for my order. A Manager told me they didnt have the tools to track my order .. they couldnt even give me a tracking number... Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered a carton of Marlboro Light 100,S on September 18th 2011 it is October 27th 2011 still no cigarettes. I have called Airport cigarettes twice each time I call they tell me to wait another week. I ask for a refund and they said they can’t do refunds, they haven’t offered to make my order right or to ship a replacement order. I will never do business with this company again. Beware if you buy from Airport Cigarettes ….

to fredfos: try calling 877-778-4710 and explaining your situation to them. the same thing happened to me (i wrote 3 reviews below) and i almost gave up. emailing them didn't help much and after calling the number that they called me from several times (which didn't work), i called the 877 number. the guy who answered spoke english pretty well and offered to re-ship my order at no additional charge, and about 4 weeks later i got my order. so if i were you, i would just persist in calling that 877 number and any other numbers on the airport cigarettes site until you get in touch with one of their people who speaks english well. seriously, just keep bitching and calling them and eventually (at least in my experience) you'll get your cigs. i hope you get ur order or money back or something... you should post any updates on this site in case they ultimately rip u off totally, and post ur story on ripoffreport.com and similar scam reporting sites.

Ok this is like my third review of this shop on this site because I'm just trying to chronicle my experience with this company so the info is out there for others. i wrote in my earlier review that i had been billed for 4 cartons of lucky strikes but hadn't received them, despite calling and emailing multiple times. i persisted in calling and emailing and when it had been about a month since my credit card was billed, i decided to call them again to bitch them out even though i thought it was hopeless at that point. instead of calling them back on the number that the company had been repeatedly calling me from in their attempts to get me to order more, i called the number listed on this site, 877-778-4710. the person who answered spoke better english than most of the people i had dealt with from this company, and i just explained the situation to him and he was very receptive and offered to ship "another" 4 cartons to my address without any additional charges. he claimed that the shipment must have gotten lost in the mail, and i have no way of knowing, but it seems equally plausible that someone just forgot to ship them or was being lazy or something. the conversation took about 5 minutes and the guy was very understanding. about 3 1/2 weeks later (almost a month later), my order arrived. the packaging of these lucky strikes was different, and although the site says they're from Switzerland, the european-style warnings on the box and carton are in english. they seem fresh, but the boxes and cartons are different than what i got the last time i ordered. but they're just as good. although the customer service guy was nice enough, it took literally a month to finally get in contact with someone at the company who was willing to do their job and ship my cigs. im not going to order from this place any more since it seems like there are plenty of other, better sites, some of which are cheaper. i thought i had successfully severed all ties to this company but today - about a month after i finally received my cigs, and 3 months after they charged my credit card - i received multiple calls from a number with a Spanish country code. at this point i have learned not to pick up calls from weird numbers cuz its usually them, and when i googled the number, 3476885963, i found confirmation that this is another telemarketing company that tries to sell u cigs and pharmaceuticals. so this company definitely either A) sells your phone number to telemarketers or B) constantly calls their own customers asking for more orders. if ur considering ordering cigs online, i would suggest trying another site first like cigmall or another one of the sites on cigreviews.

I have ordered from Airportcigarettes.com twice. Both orders took a little over 2 weeks to arrive which i was ok with. I ordered the Swiss made Marlboro lights. I felt that the first order was great, the cigs seemed fresh, tasted very comparable to the non fsc Marlboro lights made in the US. My second order was different. The cigarettes in the second order came in the same packaging but didn't taste right and also didn't draw the same. I don't know if they ship you fresh cigs the first time you order and then old ones afterwards or what, but i will say I won't order from them again for that reason. I would say that other people should maybe try this site with small orders, maybe you'll find you like their cigs, but i didn't. They do call you and verify your order information after you order. The first time it kinda creeped me out, I thought it might have been some kind of scam but i was wrong. One other thing to be aware of if you order from this site is that they will call you repeatedly trying to sell you more and this even happened while i was waiting for my first order to arrive. Very annoying. I paid by E check and had no problems with that. My reasons for not ordering from them again is the quality of product and the harassing phone calls.

i already reviewed this site based on my first order. i placed a second order for the exact same thing, 4 cartons of lucky strikes, over a month ago. since my first order arrived within a reasonable time, i assumed that the second would too. when i entered my credit card info, it was through a different pay service than the first time, called klikandpay.com. they charged my card 150$, and its been over a month but i have not received my cigs. i brought this to their attention at least 3 times through emails and over the phone, but they have done nothing to rectify the situation, nor have they returned my money. their website says that they guarantee receipt of cigs for every order or your money back. this is obviously false, and i don't know why they would fill my first order and then decide to screw me over the second time. im sorry if anyone decided to try this site based partly on my first, positive review, because apparently something changed and they decided to start scamming people

Made my order a few weeks ago and thought it strange that I received no confirmation email. A few days later I tried to email them through the site and never received a reply. At this point my credit card had not been charged. A few days later I notice an unknown charge on my card to some makeup site I had never heard of with a similar price to that I supposedly spent on Airport Cigarettes' site. I've still yet to hear from "Airport Cigarettes." As far as I'm concerned it is a scam site. Now I'm going through the hassle of having to get a new credit card because of this ordeal. Not recommended!

i'm writing this as an addendum to my previous review of this shop. its been about 2 weeks since i received my cigs, and yesterday i got a call from a california number (i dont know anyone in california), and when i answered, they hung up. the next day i got a call from the same number, so i googled it. apparently when you order from this place your phone number gets put on some kind of list where they call you and try to sell you more cigs, online pharmacy stuff, etc. there are several forums about it when you google the number "213 725 5285" because apparently this has happened to a lot of people. i just tried calling the customer service number for duty free depot and asking to be placed on their do not call list, so hopefully that will work. i read on one of the forums that they leave you alone if you do this. and apparently this shop is affiliated with duty free depot.com, because thats who the calls were from

I was reluctant about ordering cigs online, since its so hard to find reliable information about what shops are legitimate. I was really in the mood for some lucky strike filters tho, and they're impossible to find where i live. so i took a chance and ordered from airport cigarettes, and they delivered. I placed my order on a monday for 4 cartons of lucky strikes. later that day, i got a call from a new york city area code to confirm my shipping and billing info. when you order they send you log-in info for their site where they have shipping tracking info, but all it tells you is whether or not they have shipped it yet and when it got shipped. they also include an estimated arrival time, which was i think about 2 weeks, maybe a week and a half. it took 3 weeks and one day to arrive by USPS. they got my order correct, and the cigs seem fresh. the packs and cartons have those labels on them that they have in european countries where it has warnings in big letters on the front, and the warnings are in english. they came in 2 boxes, and there was no return address listed. the only identifying things i saw on the package were a customs stamp that seemed to be in arabic or hebrew (or a written language with similar characters) and english, and a stamp on the back that says "if undelivered, send to" and then it gives a PO box in Israel. Im so glad i ordered these and now im set for a while. I made this post as detailed as possible because i vowed that if i found a good site to buy cigs, that i would try to spread the word. i strongly recommend this company based on the one transaction i have had with them so far, and if youre worried about getting ripped off (like i was), order from airport cigs because theyre definitely legit.

i found these guys to be reliable. M order was fresh, and even though the marlboros were european, they were very smooth, maybe the difference between swiss and russian manufacture, but their service was prompt and reliable!
