I tried a few brands before and since starting with Safe Cig and always choose it over any other. First, they have a nicotine level of 24, which is higher than any other brand that I've found, so far. Second, I order my refill carts without any problems what-so-ever and the delivery time is always exceptional. Safe Cig prices are comparable, if not cheaper, than similar brands. I ordered a starter kit for my mom, but had an issue with the battery. I emailed safe cig of the problem, and received a response within a couple days telling me to return it for a replacement (if they found it was their problem and not user error). Within 2 weeks I had sent the battery (and charger) back and had received an email from customer service telling me that they were shipping out a new one of each, free of charge. I recieved just that a couple days later. Try as I may, I have yet to find another e-cig that has the flavor I like, the mass amount of smoke, the throat hit and everything else that I look for in an e-cig. I often see reviews of other brands where there are complaints of faulty carts or items that don't work. I've order a lot of refills for both my mom and me and have yet to get a refill cart that didn't work properly. They last long, drag easily, and each hit is as good as the one before, right up to the last one. If someone knows of a brand that I should try that has all the benefits that I mentioned the Safe Cig has, let me know. My own trial and error has me losing $130 on a kit for an e-cig that is worse than anything I've tried (it was a kiosk, my fault), and I tried Apollo by ordering their highest level in a disposable. I didn't like the taste of the Apolo or it might not have been so bad, even though a higher mg would be awesome. Since I can't afford to buy starter kits just to try brands, I look for disposables to purchase. I figure if I like those, then I can order a kit. I welcome suggestions and I feel a lot better now that I've had a chance to speak my mind on the negative reviews given to Safe Cig. I would recommend Safe Cig to anyone trying ecigs.

I placed an order and received everything fine. I placed another order and decided to cancel within the hour. You cannot get in touch with a person at customer service. You must send emails. I received an email on the 8th that my request was received and would be "passed along" to shipping to cancel the order. On the 16th I received the package anyway. After checking with UPS I found out it was shipped AFTER they told me they would cancel my order. I have send 3 emails with not response yet. When you call their number and request to speak with customer service you are told you can't. The only thing you can to is email them. "I'm sorry ma'am, I have no other recourse for you. I will not just send this back because I want a RA number first and I want to be assured I will get a refund. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Someplace where you can actually get customer service.

I have been using this e-cig for about a month. It is a good product but thier customer service is horrible and they cannot get refills shipped. I had quit smoking real cigs using their product, ordered more refills, they e-mailed me saying order had shipped and it had not. Two weeks later after 3 e-mails and 3 calls they finally replied that they were sorry and that they had just then shipped what they had already charged to my credit card two weeks earlier. Also they now have a disclaimer about their shipping with usps (the only choice) that if the usps losses your package that they are not responsable. Once again a very good product......shady company.

I ended up buying the Joy electronic cigarette for one of my neighbors who was trying to quit smoking and bought the safe cig also because of a delayed shipping on the joy cigarette. But after receiving both I compared each, side by side, against their marketing claims. The joy cigarette was far superior in terms of looks and functionality. I bought the Safe Cig because it claimed to focus on what mattered to smokers most: the amount of smoke the cigarette gives off. The Safe Cig claimed to focus on smoke quantity the most and even claims to invest in the best technology for doing so. But after comparing both cigarettes, the Joy Cig produced much more smoke than the safe cig. The Joy Cig also came with two cigarettes instead of one: two batteries (essentially two cigarettes) with atomizers. However, one of the atomizers with the Joy Cig starter kit was faulty, whereas the Safe Cig has a new atomizer inside each cartridge. But since the Safe Cig states that it is one the cigarette that produces the most smoke which it really does not, I was highly disappointed. Would rather have the real electronic cigarette that produces the most smoke, and looks better. The safe cig (at a higher price) was a major disappointment.

They have larger refill cartridges doubling their life, wide range of nicotine levels from 0-18 mg. There is a rare lifetime warranty and a 30 day satisfaction guarantee which none of the other E-cigs have I don't think.
