I've order a few times from them. However, the last two orders are simply a shame. I placed an order at the end of oct and found out it was not "shipped" til middle of nov. A second order was placed on the 1st and found it was shipped out 3 weeks later because "both" orders had a delay of product availability. Meaning they were out of takes nearly a month to get to the states, so to add 3 more weeks pisses me off a lot.I think they should update their site to state if in stock or out of stock. Don't even bother calling customer service because its a waste of time!

I tried to use your cigreviews coupon on a $360 order and it would only give me 3 percent off. When the people at Discount-cigs.net called me to confirm my order, they said that YOUR coupon is good for only 3 percent off MAX. I pointed them to this site so they could see you have up to 10 percent off posted and they said that was a mistake! I cancelled my order because I am not going to order from somebody that has to lie in their advertising to get me to order. I live in the U.K. and there are plenty of honest affiliate sites.

They actually have live customer service!! I've tried a few of these places, and these folks delivered in less than 2 weeks and the product was fresh, and saved me about 60% off of what i would normally pay..i'm going to try them a few more times and see if they are consistent, but my first impression has been a good one.

Just tried these guys to test out their cigarettes and was completely impressed. GREAT prices and selection and if you're a Marlboro smoker these taste in comparable to US as their blend is made in Switzerland.
