Luci cigarettes are about mid-range when it comes to price. They're quality is very good and have a nice appearance. The battery life is decent and they produce a pretty good vapor. When I ordered the starter kit, it arrived with the USB charger missing. I called Luci and asked them to send me the missing charger. Aside from the very long wait time to get to a customer service representative, the service representative was very helpful. He sent a new USB charger out in the mail that day and I received it within 3 days of making the call.
