I am a long time customer of Pro smoke and recently decided to try South beach because of the two piece design. It went back exactly on the 30 day mark and I went back to my always reliable Pro smoke. I thought the two peice design might be easier but it turns out it doesnt perform as well and is CRAZY expensive compared to what I already had. The cartridges are more expensive and last half as long! South beach lost my package (USPS's fault granted) but it took them forever to even respond to a message whereas Pro Smoke was always super fast to respond to any questions. I guess the gras is always greener! lol. So almost 8 months with Pro Smoke and I guess this proves i have the best! The other I tried was okay if you want a super easy to use system for a grandparent to quit or something like that

got is as a christmas gift and took a while to figure it out but after I realized what i was doing wrong with the help of customer support (which was awesome and fast btw!) and I couldnt be happier. I didnt want a crazy big ecigarette I couldnt use when i was out at the bars and movies. Surprisingly it produces just as much vapor if not more than those anyway. I definitely recommend prosmoke for an expert or novice. great prices and performance.

This is my first try for a starter kit and after reading up on the forums and other resources I was between the 510 and prosmoke. I was a bit apprehensive to do prosmoke because the 510 seemed to be easier to get parts for since its a generic model. I havent regretted buying this one day! I hate refilling cartridges and wanted a vegetable glycerin instead of propyline glycol like most other companies use. great flavor and crazy vapor clouds. I can actually blow rings like I did with my regular smokes!

Most reviews are fake and done by the companies itself. The product is ok at best. Same as every other brand because it's made in china. The ladder doesn't have to be bad but these reviews give you a different view about this product vs others brands. Bottom line is go get more knowledge from youtube and watch real reviews. Good companies like have good and fair prices. Learn about dripping vs cartridges and all the other little things that will make the vaping more enjoyable. I purchased this 100 bucks kid from Prosmoke too. Cartridges are leaking constantly. However the experience of starting vaping was very nice. A month alter I through them away and upgrade to better US made mods. From organic liquids to bigger tanks. Everything is now possible. That's the real advantage once you know more. Bottom line. Don't waste your money with these fake companies. They just resell and don't innovate.

Hands down the best electronic cigarette on the market. I tried three, count them, three brands before finally buying in to all of the positive reviews I saw all over the internet for prosmoke. I was crazy to wait to so long. I am now a die hard fan. The cartridges capacity is just ridiculous on the ProSmoke and lasts forrrrrreeeeeeeeeeever. If you are looking for a small powerhouse of an ecig, Prosmoke is the only way to go.

I am not sure who are the people raving about this ecig. I had ordered it, and it's the worst. The atty breaks down fast after a few days, the battery (out of 5 that order, only 3 works). The customer service is non existence. You have to communicate everything using email and wait until when they respond to you. For exchanges, they charges you for each exchange. And when the item are sent back to them, they will decide if how much to reimburse. Read their warranty and so called 30 days guarantee are does not include any cartridges Including new and unopened cartridges. I think this products is really minimal and does not deserve all the great reviews I've seen put up in the internet. Certainly very expensive and they customer support and their online system is another head ache to deal with. They should put people for a week training in order to understand their "procedure". Do yourself a favor and try to get your ecig in a store.

after doing what feels like months of research I decided to go with pro smoke and am very happy i did. i got the deluxe kit with accessories and they also sent me some free cartridge packs. tobacco and cherry are the best and the others are pretty darn good too. DO YOUR RESEARCH and check out review sites and youtube. pro smoke will definitely end up on the top of the list. i have drank the kool aid and love my pro smoke. buy it!

I am on my 4th kit is a gift to various family members after being SO happy with mine. I got my regular starter kit about 4 months ago and havent smoked since. I then gave that to my 32 year old daughter and bought the deluxe kit for me and 2 kits for my brother and his wife. Everyone loves them and has really taken to electronics. Prosmoke is the best!

Going on numerous positive reviews I found online I decided to go with ProSmoke and am very happy so far. I havent had to change a cartridge until every few days so it is saving me money compared to my pack a day Marlboros before. The flavors taste great. There is a little bit of a difference getting used to the electronic since there is actual flavors like cherry but it is really really close to the same thing for tobacco. I made the right decision with prosmoke

I received the Pro smoke package starter kit within two days and am very impressed with the quality and product. I haven't picked up a regular cigarette since I have gotten it. I would recommend they work on getting some exotic flavors to try but I ordered tobacco, chocolate, menthol and Vanilla. The tobacco tastes pretty similar to my marlboros, the chocolate is rich and sweet, the menthol is minty more like a mint you put in your mouth (but still good) and the vanilla is awesome. Its kool and weird having flavors like this. I got the kit with the portable charger and i havent had to recharge that yet in a couple week. The cig batteries will last me a day with heavy smoking but I can always charge them if I smoke more. The cartridges last maybe 2 packs but dont forget to put cartridges away and seal them if you are changing flavors. I left one out when I took it off before finishing it and it dried up in about 5 days just left opened. Just a heads up. Everything else is absolutely excellent about this product. I bought the ProSmoke starter kit with three extra cartridge packages. The electronic cig itself is about the same size as a normal cig and feels just a touch heavier. Overall, my first impression was that it looks great and feels great. I took out both of the batteries and charged them, which took no time at all. My first smoke with prosmokes e cig was great! The amount of vapor produced was a lot and I was really impressed with that. The feeling when it hits your throat is minimal and the overall sensation feels smooth and good. I got the tobacco, vanilla and cherry flavors in 9mg. The tobacco flavor taste really good and it tastes more clean than a typical cigarette. Overall, I am really impressed with this electronic cigarette and I will definitely never go back to smoking normal cigarettes ever again. I give the ProSmoke e cig a 10 out of 10 and I am so happy that I decided on this brand after hours of researching the internet for the best product.

I have now tried V2 and south beach and prosmoke. prosmoke produces the most vapor and seems to last the longest. it is also built the most solid of the three. Nothing too negative to say about the others, just the prosmoke is easily the best performer. no comments on customer service but I laughed because i also bought volcano to try and prosmoke came faster than that one and I LIVE in Hawaii where I think thehy are based. trust the other positive reviews of prosmoke. this is easily the best ecig on the market

I got my product fast and customer service so far has been excellent and the vapor on this thing is incredible. I received 3 extra packs of cartridges at no cost and when I contact them about it to make sure I wasn't charged they explained it was due to the summer promotion they were running. Plausible I suppose since they were running specials. In any case, I am happy with the Prosmoke and give it a 10/10. I am smoke free!

At first I had a problem with one battery in my kit. Customer service is excellent (Julie). This is resolved and its been about 2 weeks and this is a super smooth e cig works great with the stock cartridges you can order from the company and also super smooth withe e jucie. So if your looking for a very smooth draw and vapor with a quality company cartridge PRO SMOKE is it. I am a 35 year two pack a day smoker and this is a real work horse with smoothness. if you want a harsh throat hit PRO SMOKE IS NOT FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT A VERY SMOOTH HIT THEN THIS IS THE E CIG. Great service and buy the optional cig charging case its worth the $20 extra bucks.

I ordered based on the reviews here ecigs365 and youtube and am amazed no one invented these earlier! I can smoke ANYWHERE and not bother people!!!!! I got the super kit which comes with a case and tons of flavors. I would say its a little bit different from a normal cigarette since you have different flavors but I am cigarette free so far. As far as performance the battery seems to last a very long time. I havent had to recharge it yet or change to a new cartridge. I will try to post in a week or so when I have a better idea of life.

I'm reposting my ProSmoke review because PS had the audacity to delete and change what they didn't like about my review on their site. I gave them a fair and glowing review overall, just with a few areas of suggested improvement. It's hard to believe they were so dishonest with misrepresenting their customers. So, here's the FULL review: I was intrigued by e-cigs after seeing a blu advertisement. Before this I had been puffing on cigars occasionally for years, just out of love of the the tobacco aroma. Then a friend introduced me to clove cigarettes and told me to actually inhale a mouthful. I was overwhelmed by the relaxation and euphoria it brought. Especially after a big meal, it was the perfect after dinner mint. So I was smoking one premium Nat Sherman light once a day, but after a while I noticed I was coughing alot more during the day. So I decided to try an ecig to hopefully get the same sensations as smoking but without the carcinogens. I ordered the Prosmoke starter and both the battery and charger were defective, although customer service was quick to get me a replacement. ____ 1. Construction: An amazing amount of engineering went into this little device. To think that they had to have a tiny tube hold liquid, batteries, and a heating element and be able to manufacture it affordably... that's not an easy feat. Especially when li-ion batteries are being used to heat an element, yet not overheat themselves or blow up. And it must perform thousands of repetitions. And be durable enough to withstand drops and impact, being the small handheld device that it is. 5/5 Stars_______ 2. Performance: The vapor is thick and rich, although I do notice a little drop off in vapor production after the first 4-5 drags on a new cartridge. Compared to blu, which is the only other ecig I tried, prosmoke far outperforms blu with far longer lasting vapor and thickness. 4/5 Stars________ 3. Taste: This is the most lacking of all e-cigs, not just prosmoke. E-cigs seem to be very similar to a stage fog machine, which I believe acts on the same principles of heated PG water vapor. Thus, it tastes like a fog machine at a concert. The cherry flavor is the only one I can handle, as it seems to mask the fog machine taste the most. However, the plus side is that you don’t have any cotton mouth or aftertaste that tobacco leaves. So, it’s a +/- tradeoff. It’s certainly better than nothing, but I’m really surprised that the 2-pack a day smokers don’t miss the real taste/smell of their tobacco. It’s like trying to tell me that powdered milk tastes as good as real milk! 2/5 Stars_____ 4. Sensation: I can definitely something like a nicotine hit, but it doesn’t provide the full relaxant euphoria that a cigarette gives. This is probably because prosmoke doesn’t have carbon monoxide and such, which is a good thing. But, I do miss that relaxant feel nonetheless. 3/5 Stars__________ 5. Smoothness What a difference prosmoke's VG is compared to other ecigs that use VG. I tried the blu and coughed everytime, or at least felt a scratchyness in my throat. The prosmoke causes me to cough only if I'm trying to talk with a lung full of vapor, but as long as I'm smoking normally it's very smooth with zero throat irritation. 5/5 Stars______ 5. Price: The price of a starter kit is almost half of the other ecigs. I almost wonder if prosmoke is selling them at cost just to help get you introduced to their products and then make money on the cartridges. It's an incredible value at $60. I was hesitant to try other ecigs even though they had a money back guarantee, but if I was disappointed in prosmoke I wouldn't be so flustered about $60. So I gave it a try and didn't look back. Prosmoke is confident you will love their ecig they don't need to offer a money back guarantee. 5/5 Stars_______ 6. Customer Service: Splendid overall. Fast and friendly communication, fast shipping. They give you the benefit of the doubt even if they didn't have to. They clearly want to build long term customers and be here for many years to help support smokers who want to quit. 5/5 Stars PROs: Excellent vapor, thickness, nicotine, build quality, price, and customer service. CONS: Taste & flavors could use improving. BOTTOM LINE: The best ecig on the market! I love pro smoke. Before pro smoke I was smoking 10 to 20 newports a day. Ive been using my e cig for 2 days ive only smoked 4 newports, before i bought my e cig i new i wouldn't completely quit at 1st because im not only addicted to nicotine im also addicted to all of the other junk they put into newports but i am definitely on my way to a smoke free life. I ordered the 12mg cartridges 1 lasts me 3 days. i love the taste of the tobacco so far thats the only one ive tried. i love love love the throat hit it makes the experience almost like the real thing.

Great product and very complete starter kit. My wife and I were long term smokers but have been very satisfied with this e-cig. We haven't wanted to pick up a new pack of cigarettes and it have been over a week. If we had any criticism, it would be that they could offer a teeny teeny little more menthol to their menthol cartridges. Customer service was great and shipping was fast and ever other flavor is excellent!

I am totally happy with my ProSmoke e-cigarette! I did a lot of research on e-cigs before making the investment. What sold me on ProSmoke was that they use vegetable glycerin instead of propylene glycol in their cartridges, and I felt that was a safer choice. I got my kit 3 days after I ordered it and it worked like a charm! The vapor is very smooth and there's a lot of it. I love not having to go outside anymore or crack the car window! Thank you ProSmoke!

I got my ProSmoke for a Christmas gift to replace my old e-cig. This thing is a champ. Battery and cartridges last a super long time and I can smoke it anywhere. As a regular customer buying a new electronic cigarette, I bought a terrible one first. You can feel good buying a ProSmoke. Hope this review helps!

I've had my super starter kit for about a month now and I couldn't be more pleased. I smoked winston light 100's for years and I'm finally done with them. The prosmoke e-cig creates a ton of smoke from the first time on. I will say the odor reminds me of a cigar which I love and at first it's pretty strong but after 3-4 days it mellows out. I started with the medium and had to go to the extra strong 24mg to satisfy my nic craving. I did receive a bad battery but it was replaced along with some free cartridges and they even allowed me to exchange the medium cartridges I received with my kit for the 24mg. Customer service is excellent! They usually reply to my e-mails within an hour and processing and shipping are fast. My battery lasts at least 8 hrs, sometimes longer and the cartridge lasts about a day and a half. You do the math! A cartridge costs about 1.80, pack of cigarettes 5.00. Of course everyones different so you just have to experiment to see what works best for you. One thing I don't miss is the nicotine after taste I had with cigarettes. No such thing with the e-cig unless you accidentally spit in the cartridge and inhale. In that case run, don't walk to the nearest sink and spit and rinse...LOL There is a harder draw with the e-cig but once you get used to it, it's fine. I was concerned with my TMJ but it doesn't seem to bother my jaws. All in all compared to the research I've done I'm so glad I found Prosmoke for my first experience with e-cigs. 5 stars all the way!

i recieved this as a christmas gift and i havent had a cigarette since picking it up. i had a different kind that worked a bit different and i used to sneak real cigarettes but so far i am doing great. this one is realistic enough to make me not want regulars. overall i give it a 9 out of 10 cause i wish they had a cinnamon flavor cartridge

FYI ProSmoke is approimately 110% better than GreenSmoke. After trying GreenSmoke I decided e-cigarettes weren't for me. Then a friend let me try ProSmoke. I have found ProSmoke to be a much more satisfying smoking experience. Keep up the good work.

I've smoked for over 50 years and have lots of health problems because of it. I started looking into e-cigs as soon as I heard about them. I researched like the rest of you and bought a couple of cheaper kinds and they were just horrible, harsh, carts lasted an afternoon, short battery life, I could go on. They came from out of the country and nad no real customer service or accountability to the customer. I decided to try the e-cig called "the best",ProSmoke, and OMG it is! Great taste, carts last for days before needing a new one and I smoked two packs a day. I have completely quit smoking real cigarettes. Within days I had energy and felt so much better because I could breathe for the first time in years, WooHoo...I have a new lease on life at 64. I've also had the greatest customer service from Julie and Kristen. This is a great product from a great company. ProSmoke you Rock!

It's just not working for me. The device gets warm after 3 puffs or so and noisy when you inhale. Have you tried drinking from a broken straw? That's what it feels like. I ordered 4 differnt flavors. So far I've only tested menthols 25mg (extra high) I usually smoke menthol lights. I got nothing, absolutely nothing but good vapor from it. So far it's like a toy that you can put in your mouth and blow out some smoke (vapor). Expensive toy.

Dear Vapers, and soon to be Vapers, I am not sure what made me try vaping, but I am glad I did. I know Prosmoke does not claim to be a quit smoking device, but that is exactly what this old dog did. After 40, yes 40 years of smoking, and may I add enjoying it, I woke up one day and said this old dog is going to learn a new trick. I researched for over a month on the net, reading everything I could find. I picked prosmoke because of it being made in the good old US OF A, and using VG was the bonus that sent me over the edge. I was so excited and from the first moment I started vaping, I just quit!!! Yes QUIT, CIGARETTES for almost 3 months !!! Not one puffof a real cigarette has passed my lips, and no withdrawl. The flavors of the juices are wonderful, and they produce a huge amount of "SMOKE'" vapor. The most fun part is to vape in a place smoking is banned and see the reactions of people. Then they see the blue tip. So smart of you Prosmoke!! No one has yet challanged me, only curiosity and then they want to know where to get one. I can't tell you how many people now are vaping because of my praises of Prosmoke. I did have a little problem, and Julie in customer services helped fix the problem quickly, even though it was way beyond my warranty period. I can't be any happier with Prosmoke except to say I wish this product was around 40 years ago. I would have been the first vaping hippie!! I'm giving a 5 star review and here is why.... I had owned a 2 piece ecigarette before this and thought it was great. That was until i tried my friends ProSmoke. His vapor was ridiculous compared to mine. Not only was there more vapor but it cost less than half as much less than my previous to buy AND buy cartridges. I realized my two piece sucked! I got mine from www.Prosmokestore.com and used the coupon code from a different site,although it was the same amount as this site. If you are getting an ecig, i would avoid the headaches and buy the right brand first. Hopefully this helps someone not waste 149.99 like i did the first time. Mike

I had to comment as I had the same problem with the back ordered kits. I ordered mine on 8/7. It finally arrived on 8/24- I was told that it was shipped on 8/16... the product is good as far as esmoking but we are finding that the cartridges are not packed correctly- not sure if they were in a hurry. Customer Service is non existant. I did receive an email for free cartridges and a promo code from the CS Manager. However, the person dealing with both of the tickets that I opened- she acted like she could care less whether our order shipped, or we returned for future business. I work as a CSR myself and am truly disappointed as this is a good prodcut. We are now debating on ordering more from them, but we are going to see if we can get the Manager to resolve some issues.

Like the guy who posted before me, I ordered when the black starter kits were backordered as it said on their site. Thankfully I got mine exactly when they said I would along with free cartridges and a free case. I loved mine so much I ordered a second kit for the wifey and low and behold, I got the other kit in two days...so I guess the backorder is over. They did say it was backordered when I placed my original order so I can't bitch too much, especially since I got a bunch of free sh*t. They are way better than what I tried before so I say if you are looking at e-cigarettes, buy them!

At this point I cannot tell you if they are good or not since I still have not recieved my product. On the company website it says my order is complete and shipped since the 13th of august and when I track it usps says they have not recieved the package. No one answers the phone and when I write a email i keep getting round about answers about back orders and now that the usps is overloaded from them which makes no sense if they can keep up with everyone else i think they can keep up with a small internet business.

After 40 plus years of smoking my grandson convinced me to get an electronic cigarette. Nothing has ever helped me quit besides when my children were being born I slowed down some. For this first time in over 40 years, I can say I no longer smoke cigarettes. I cant recommend these guys enough. I wish they had a silver color but black and white are fine for me.

I see a lot of :quirky" reviews on here that sound like its just the companies rating themselves so I thought I would give a REAL and brief review of this product. This was my second try with e-cigs and I thought my first had potential but wasnt quite doing the job. ProSmokes shipping was fast, I got some free vanilla cartridges (not sure if it was an accident or what) and it was super easy to start using. I cant say much about customer service becuase I never had to use them. The battery outlasts my previous brand and the cartridges last about 4 times longer too. I definitely made the right choice and recommend ProSmoke all the way. As I mentioned, I never had to deal with Customer service but their shipping was the same day and I got it quick. Tastes great, last long...overall Aminus to high A! Great site btw!

I purchased a greensmoke and prosmoke thinking the greensmoke would fit me a little better due to its 2 part design. I ended up keeping the ProSmoke and giving the green to my son. The prosmoke lasted twice as long and felt a little more solid. The greensmoke worked fine, just wasnt "thick" enough smoke to satisfy my cravings. ProSmoke did send us one wrong flavor out of the 5 we ordered but they responded to my support request within twenty minutes and I had two free packs the next day. I definitely recommend them if you want to quit. Being much older, I was afriad to try these but my son convinced me.

Recieved their starter kit in about 3 days and am very very pleased so far. I am just starting to "vape" but after doing tons of research I got ProSmoke and I truly think I will be able to quit with this. It tastes excellent, didnt kill my pocketbook, and works incredibly. Hopefully this review helps others choose. I have seen some electronic cigarettes that are incredibly huge and this one is the same size as a normal cigarette, which gives it a familiar feel.

Tried a couple friends ecigs and did some more research online when I found ProSmoke. They got me my kit to my door in two days which was impressive. Been super happy so far. Cartridges last about twice as long as my friends with about the same battery life. Tastes great and rock solid performance. Definitely recommend.

After hopping on the bandwagon of e-cigarettes I realized quickly I shoudlnt have bought the first brand I saw (Blu). I ended up being terrible. # Brands after that I finally found ProSmoke and havent looked back. Fast shipping, good prices and the product is solid. Feels just like a real e-cigarette and help me quit from 2 packs a day. After getting a bunch of crap before this, it was great to finally get one that produced the same amount of vapor and had a good "throat hit" Ive never had any issues with them as far as customer service so I cant really rate them there. I typically get the product within a couple days after ordering and hopefully will continue to not have any issues.

Like many people on here, my wife and I did lots of research via youtube and review sites before making out final decision on a brand. We could not be happier with the two starter kits we bought from Pro smoke. It got delivered in 2 days with standard shipping and we also got some free cartridges with our order for some january promotion. vapor is 10 out of 10 taste is 9 out of 10 battery life 10 out of 10 cartridge life 10 out of 10 Value 9 out of 10 Overall 9.5 out of 10. Almost perfect but I am sure there is always stuff that could get better we are not thinking of.
