I like these because of the low tar and nicotine. Otherwise, I would not see why anyone would smoke them. It is like breathing in slightly damaging air.

I thought these were pretty good. I was looking for an ultra light cigarette, something that wasnt too cheap, and a brand that is respected by elderly smokers. I only have the 100s but even then they are still very good. Best ultra light cigarette Ive ever smoked.

I love my carlton menthol 100 box cigs i won't switch for anything I've smoked them for over 20 years. anything else and I start coughing

All Carlton smokers are disguested or amused when they hear other smokers say the same OLD-WORN-OUT- phrase "What's the point of smoking?" Usually said using a silly winny voice. Here's My answer: Smoking is heredity. Period. However, My body is not designed for smoking. Confused? Simple. I have sensitive throat tissue. Anything stronger than Carlton irritates it; therefore, it hurts. Carlton doesn't bother My throat. Of course, You don't get the 'Kick' in your throat until you're near the end of the cigarette, sometimes; Other times, when I'm more sensitive, I feel the 'Kick' in My throat immediately. So, I will continue to smoke, moderately, Carlton, for as long as I live. And since I smoke only about 5 cigarettes a day - I doubt lung cancer will be My destiny. So, My response to the people who 'don't get it,' is don't worry about My business and get yourself a life.

These are the lightest cigarettes I can find and I love them. The other "ultra lights" are all too strong and leave an unpleasant taste. I can smoke Carlton's and it doesn't leave an odor in my house or my vehicle. Unfortunately, they are also one of the most expensive! Why aren't there ever any coupons?? I know, along with everyone else, I shouldn't smoke; however, I enjoy it too much to completely quit.

A reviewer said that you have to be a smoker who hates smoking to like Carltons. He is partially correct. I don't like that I smoke, but since I do, I want a light cigarette that doesn't make me feel that I am simply puffing hot air. I choose not to smoke stronger cigarettes because I've found that they have a stronger smell in addition to having stronger flavor. Also, I feel worse the next day if I've smoked stronger cigarettes. I've tried many light cigarettes, and I can say that Carltons are the best. I would give them 5 stars, but I am a smoker who doesn't like being a smoker, so I would give no cigarette 5 stars. These are the best you can get unless you are able to quit altogether, in which case: Bravo!! ~Cheers!!

With almost zero tar, almost zero nicotine, and zero flavor, these are the perfect cigarettes for a smoker who hates smoking. Does this make sense? Of course not! DO NOT BUY THESE.
